Remote Support
For regular or distant customers, I have the facility to look at your computer remotely. Provided that you can get onto the internet, I can have a look at configuration problems, error messages and all sorts of tasks that would otherwise require a visit. You can even pay online.
For security, this can only be done by arrangement, so call me on 693 209 6555 to arrange a time, and to get an access code.
